Lynn G. Southard, 72, of Woodson Terrace passed away peacefully on Friday, March 17, 2017. Lynn was born on May 8, 1944 in St. Louis, MO to James and Loretta (nee Dorn) Southard. He is preceded in death by his parents; and 2 brothers, Jim (survived by Joann) Southard and Rickey (survived by Kim) Southard. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann "Mimi" (nee Bon) Southard; sons, Jeff and Steve (Kris) Southard; grandchildren, Christal (Todd Dunlap), and Kyle Enloe, and Kimberly Southard; great grandchildren, Jadin and Elijah Southard; siblings, Jerry (Mary) Southard and Loretta (Jerry) Betts; and extended family members of the Bon family; and many friends and co-workers.
Lynn was dedicated to his family and worked hard to support them. He worked for more than 40 years with Southard Construction. He enjoyed spending time fishing (especially with his special great grandson, Jadin)--the most of their time was spent untangling the fishing poles! He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. A celebrant service will begin at 7 p.m. with Dignity Celebrant, Liz Zempel, officiating.
