Patsy is survived by her husband, Cledis Gatlin; her daughter Kara Koch (Kenneth); her son Jeffrey Gatlin; her grandson Jamison (Ginny), her grandson Justin (Samantha), her grandson Kyle (Hannah), her granddaughter Laura, her grandson Christopher (Jessica), her granddaughter Sarah (Robert) and her grandson Scott (Amanda). Patsy was a loving great-grandmother and great great-grandmother
Patsy was preceded in death by her father Herman Neeley and her mother Dessie Neeley; her brother Gillis Neeley (Peggy); her sister Melba Pinkston (Clyde) and her brother Jimmy Neeley (Peggy).
