Charles Spranger, age 88, passed peacefully on January 1, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife Erma Jean Spranger; daughters Loretta Fox, Linda Spranger and Denise (Ron) Henry; granddaughters Rebecca, Roxann, Lysa, Riana and Jillian and many great- and great-great-grandchildren. Charles served his country in the Navy during World War II. He served his community as a Macomb County Deputy Sheriff. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 5, from 2-9 pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 7 pm at the funeral home.
