David "Otts" R. Ottinger, age 67, passed away on January 30, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Annette; dearest children: Geoffrey (Annemarie), Jennifer; grandchildren: Gavin, Alivia; sister: Janice Briguglio; brother-in-law: Joseph (Patricia) DiPasquale; sister-in-law: Denise DiPasquale; niece: Sarah; and great-niece: Alyssa. David enjoyed hunting, riding his Goldwing, and watching NASCAR. He was a member of the Delodders Conservation Association and the Chaplin of the Sons of the American Legion and the American Legion Riders. He retired from Lakeside Building Supply.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to the Wounded Warrior Project in David's honor.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
Due to Covid-19 the funeral home asks that everyone wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. We can only allow 25 people in at a time, so there may be a wait to enter the visitation room.
