Donald L. Willoughby

Donald Leonard Willoughby, age 90, passed away on December 3, 2021. He was born on September 23, 1931 in Royal Oak, Michigan to his dear parents Leonard and Ollie. Donald is survived by his loving children: Susan (the late David) Bailey, Paul (Brenda), Jeff (Lisa), Amy (Mike) Luther; grandchildren: Jeanay, Neil (Jennifer), Leah, Jeffrey Jr (Amanda), Stephen (Simone), Tyler, Doug, Dennis, Daniel; great-grandson: Ryan; former spouse Carol Fox; and brother: Allen (Phyllis). He was preceded in death by his siblings: Ruby Sharpe, Ray, Philip, Leo and his former partner Barb Fox. Donald is also survived by Barb’s five children and many grandchildren. He was a member of the Grosse Pointe Chapter of SPEBSQSA and a longtime Deacon at Bethel Lutheran Church in St. Clair Shores. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society or Habitat for Humanity. Visitation Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. Additional visitation will take place Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 10am until the time of the Funeral Service, 11am at Bethel Lutheran Church, 26400 Little Mack Ave; St Clair Shores, MI. 48081
