Donna Lynne Wille, age 70, was born July 28, 1955, in Highland Park, Michigan, and passed away May 19, 2026. Donna was a beloved and cherished presence in the lives of those who knew her, remembered for a faithful spirit and a kind-hearted way of caring for others. Donna resided in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
After high school, Donna would go on to meet and marry the love of her life, Don. Donna was married to Donald Wille for 45 years, and together they raised their two children, Sarah Waldo and Benjamin Wille. Donna is the dear sister to Daniel (June) Dawson, and sister-in-law to Ronald (Karen) Wille. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, James and Virginia Dawson, her sister, Diane Dawson, and David Dawson.
Donna was a stay-at-home mother, devoting herself with steady faithfulness to the work of home and family.
Donna loved to garden, attend concerts, and do crafts at Fraser Villa, where she became a bingo master throughout her time there. She also attended many auctions, finding enjoyment in the simple pleasures of community and shared moments.
Donna was very involved in her church, The Cross Bible Church, in the past she participated in the church choir and a leader of the church youth group—serving with devotion and a generous heart.
The family would like to thank Fraser Villa for taking such good care of Donna during her stay with them.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 27, 2026, beginning with a gathering at 10:00 am, until time of memorial service at 11:00 am, at The Cross Bible Church 3300 Harper Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48082.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested any donations be made in Donna’s memory to a Charity of One’s Choice.
