Edward Adolph Thiel, age 86, of St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024. He was born on July 19, 1938, to parents Arthur and Ernestine Thiel. Loving husband the late Virginia A. Thiel. Father to Beth Craft, Deborah Thiel, Dermot (Paula) Thiel, Deron (Gail) White, and Charles (Monique) Thiel. Grandfather to 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear brother to Joan Thiel. Edward was preceded in death by his siblings Edwina Gebauer, Ruth Peters, and Cynthia Schwartz.
Edward will lie in-state on Friday, August 30, 2024, beginning at 10:30 am, until time of mass at 11:00 am, at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 23401 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48080.
Visitation Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with a Scripture Service at 7:00 pm, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.
