Ernest “E J” Jentz, age 65, passed away on July 24, 2025. He was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on September 1, 1959 to his late parents Edward and Joan Jentz. E J is survived by his beloved wife of 4 years, Angeline; loving children: Elizabeth, Ryan; dear stepson: Evan Marlar; grandson: Chad Jacobs; beloved dog: Kiko; and his siblings: the late Billy, Max, Anna, Debra, Kathy, and Carol (Barry). He loved buying and selling cars, playing baseball, and was an avid sports fan. E J had a big heart and loved giving to people. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gift of Life. A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. with a gathering beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
