Mary Jo,
                     Everett and I hired in at Chrysler Defense Engineering on the same day back in November of 1977 and walked in together to start an awesome, rewarding, gift of a career together, that was full of headaches, heartaches, trials, tribulations, long hours, short tempers, bad attitudes, GOOD FRIENDSHIPS{!}, know-it-alls, tall-talkers, celebrity gawkers,
 " Glory Days" and  crazy nights,[12 hr days & 14 hr night shifts!!!]
 We worked hard and sometimes played pretty hard in the early years (back in the "good ol' days!") We torqued a lotta' bolts, busted a lotta' knuckles, pulled a lotta turrets and set a lotta packs!!! Good times & bad, Happy times & sad!!!
 It's been a good ride and those tanks are gonna miss him!!!
We'll keep Ya'll in our prayers!!!

We all enjoyed Everett's' company and learned from his expertise on the tank. He trained many a mechanic here at General Dynamics.  He trained many engineers here too! He had an steady accurate and safe work ethic  here  at GD. I will miss him, I will miss his advice to me. God bless you and your family.

I always would call Everett,  Everett T Marshall the T is for Terrific.   Everett always treated people with a smile. RIP my friend.

I’m so very sorry to hear of Everett’s passing.  My sincere condolences on such a great loss.  I’ll be praying for your family’s peace and comfort.

My favorite memory of Papa was sitting outside late at night during the summer watching the stars and the traffic go by right before he went to bed. I looked forward to it every night I was there. 

I was glad to have you as a  great, kind, and funny neighbor.
  You were always there to lend a helping hand. 
With a great sense of humor and always a smile on your face,  you will be missed by all who came into your life.

MaryJo... Everett was a great man...always willing to lend a helping hand on a moments notice and always with kindness in his heart....I will always remember and with thankfulness how Everett helped my friend move....not even knowing her and her family but came out anyways to help out a friend of friend.  Everett will be surely missed.
