Gary C. Wideman, age 65, passed away on April 22, 2020. He was born on December 23, 1954 to his late parents Harry and Mary Wideman. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Melodie (nee Manore); dear children: Corey (Amy), Justin (Dawn); grandchildren: Caleb, Ariana; and siblings: Sherry (Peter) Anders and Lawrence. He retired from GM as a carpenter and locksmith after 42 years. Gary enjoyed the weekly family dinners with his children and grandchildren, his collection of memorabilia and his favorite gifts from his grandchildren. He also enjoyed the family’s vacations, hunting, building hot rods and spending time at his cabin up north. Gary was a member of the Lake St. Clair Walleye Association and the Style Masters Kustom Car Club. A memorial service to honor Gary’s life will be held at a later date.
