Gordon Roy Kenel

Gordon Roy Kenel, age 85, passed away on October 5, 2025. He was born on January 13, 1940 in Highland Park, Michigan to his late parents Roy and Florence Kenel. Gordon is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Karen; loving children: Michael, Colleen, David (Kristina); dear grandchildren: Matthew (Candace) Burnham, Alexander, Hannah, Kaitlyn Maria, Michael Sophia; and great-grandson: Liam. Gordon was preceded in death by his siblings: Miriam Pillote, Delphine Glaeser, and Sister Diane Kenel.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with a Memorial Service at 6:00 pm, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, MI 48081.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the Capuchins, or Salvation Army.
