James Devone Locke Jr., age 68, passed away on May 14, 2023. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 14, 1954 to his dear parents James and Lorraine. James is the beloved father of Natalie (Christopher) Fruchey; loving grandfather to Isabella and one on the way; and dear brother to Marcia (Greg) McMorrow and Patricia (Michael) Ruman. He was a great father and grandfather. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
