Jonathan LeRoy “Animal” Dargitz, age 66, passed away September 5, 2013. He was proud to have served as a Navy Seal during Vietnam. Jon was the beloved husband of November Huepenbecker - Dargitz; loving father of Jennifer (Aaron) Berch, Janie (Ed) Peltz, Jessica (James) Laperriere, Jeremy Jon-Franklin (Janice) Dargitz, Jacqueline Charlevois, Theresa Hoeppner, Joshua Zuck, Gwen Zuck, and Brandon Zuck; devoted grandfather of 13; dear brother of Glenna Kathleen (James) Stewart, Vicki Jayne (the late Walter) Hudalla, Lucinda Ann Anderson, Brian Kurt Dargitz, and the late Sarah Lenore Urbano; and his loyal pets Rocky and Babie. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation Monday, September 9, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
