Michael P. Prost

Michael P. Prost, 82 of St. Clair Shores passed away on June 25. He leaves his wife Mary Ann, sons Dennis (Geraldine) and Christopher as well as his brothers Patrick (Nancy), Timothy (Pam) and Kevin (Debbie) and sister Eileen (Fred) Synowiec. He will be remembered with love by his grandchildren Marybeth, Paula, Ryan, Lauren and Philip. Mike was preceded in death by his daughter Maureen Patricia. He was the son of Clarence and Agnes.

Mike had a passion for boating, loved his dog Riley and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Visitation will be in Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave, St. Clair Shores, Sunday June 30 from 2 to 9 p.m. Sharing of memories at 6 p.m. with military honors rendered at 6:45 p.m.and Knights of Columbus rosary at 7 p.m.

Mike will lay in state Monday July 1 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated in Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Monday July 1 at 10 a.m. Please share a memory or leave a condolence message. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
