Ray C. Randolph, age 75, St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away on December 7, 2020. He was born on February 23, 1945 in Jellico, Tennessee. Ray is the beloved husband to the late Sandra Randolph. He is the loving father to Roy (Sherly) Randolph and Jennifer Randolph. Ray is the cherished grandfather to Ryan Randolph, Hayden Schmidt, and Ryleigh Randolph.
