Cookie is survived by her husband Larry; daughter Rachel (Patrick) Parrinello; grandchildren Rebecca and Vincent; brothers John and Bill Zipay; sisters Jan (Keith) Marshall, Kim (Robert) Hackenberg, Tricia (Paul) Patterson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Following Cookie's wishes, cremation will take place and will be private.
