Richard Allen Hamilton

Richard Allen Hamilton, age 96, of Eastpointe, Michigan passed away on July 22, 2023. He was born on October 13, 1926, to the proud parents of Roy and Loretta Hamilton. Beloved husband of 71 years to the late Josephine Hamilton. Loving father to Janet (Edwin) Todd, Alan Hamilton, Robert (Maria) Hamilton, Jeffrey Hamilton and Gary Hamilton. Cherished grandpa to Andrew (Leanna) Todd, Amanda Todd, Robert Hamilton, Alex Hamilton and Nick (Marjorie) Hamilton. Great-Grandpa to Evan Todd, Emma Todd, Oliver Hamilton and Leif Hamilton. Richard will be missed by many family and friends.

Richard was one of seven brothers. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Richard worked many years in sales and retired from JCPenney.

Family will receive friends on Friday August 25, 2023, beginning at 10:00 am until time of service at 12 Noon, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.

Inurnment will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery with his late wife Josephine.
