He is survived by his loving wife: Janice; children: Michael; sister: Carol; mother-in-law: Rita Bour; brothers-in-law: Allen Bour, Dennis Bour; sisters-in-law: Deborah (Terry) Barnes, Wendy Bour; nieces and nephews: Amy (Rob), Jason (Kristin), Heather (Mike), Dustin, Douglas; great-niece and great-nephew: Gabby and Brayden. Richard was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 154 and the American Indian Veterans of Michigan. Visitation Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a military service at 6:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
