Stoney was an avid boater and loved to spend his time on Lake St. Clair in his boat Hey Dude.
On January 3, 1967 he married his high school sweetheart Irene Jedrusiak, and she survives. Other survivors include their two sons, Bobby (Diana) Stone, Eric (Mandy) Stone; 3 grandchildren, Lindsey, Skylar, Brandon.
Memorial visitation will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 4:00 -8:00 pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. A memorial service will begin on Wednesday, April 5 at 7:00pm.
