Sarah Anne Snelling

With broken hearts, we are sad to announce the passing of our lovely Sarah, suddenly at home on December 25th. Cherished wife and soulmate of Joe Truman, beautiful daughter to Mickey and the late Lee Snelling. Loving sister to Patrick (Carolyn) and Tim (Sylvie), adored Aunt to Shannon, Ryan, Taylor & Edward. Much loved daughter-in-law to Bob & Sylvia Truman, and much loved sister-in -law to Carolyn Snelling, David Truman and Maureen Truman.

Sarah will be missed by her cherished furry feline Maddy and will be reunited with her furry boy Junior. Sarah was a devoted mental health therapist who had an enormous capacity for caring for all who came into contact with her. We know that she will be sorely missed by all of her friends and the people she met while at Henry Ford, St John Providence and Sedgwick Claims Management Services.

Sarah was a loving friend to all of God's creatures; an animal in need had an angel in Sarah. Sarah loved her family. She also loved her home, being in her garden and her close-knit community of neighbors whom were also so special to her. Sarah had an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel that they were special; a warm and inclusive human being - every single day.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Saturday, December 30th from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at the Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Sunday, January 7th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Kanata Golf and Country Club, 7000 Campeau Drive, Kanata, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michigan Humane Society or The Shepherds of Good Hope, Ottawa. The family would like to thank Laurie Cole for her love and support.
