Mom
It’s been 2  years now since you’ve been gone. My heart still aches with grief and loneliness. I often think of you and Dad together in Heaven. It brings me comfort in the moment. So many things remind me of you and our lives together. You were a jewel that touched so many lives and made so many people happy. You always forgave me for my sharp tone and grump attitude. I had no idea how lucky I was to have you in my life.  As time goes buy and life goes on I will never stop thinking or loving you and Dad. There will always be an empty chamber in my heart that will only be filled when we meet again in Gods Kingdom. Forever your son

It's been a month since you've been gone Grandma and not a day goes by that we don't think about you or miss you. Please watch over Grandpa today as he comes home from the hospital. I know he's eager to see you again soon, but I'm hoping you could help him stay here with us a little longer. Our family isn't ready to lose both of you...
We love you so much Grandma and as the nicer weather approaches I know we will be seeing signs of you everywhere. We promise to plant some beautiful yellow flowers for you by the reading girl that you loved in my dads backyard, they renamed her Sheila, after you. 
In May we will all be participating in the Race for the Cure for breast cancer downtown in your memory. Thank you for being my best friend and for giving me the chance to make so many memories together, I will cherish them forever... And I can't wait to tell your great grandson about how wonderful his great grandma was.

Our mother was a caregiver. She made sure everyone was comfortable, well fed and above all happy. She was the glue that kept our family together Never did a time go by that she put others before herself. Always there for us when things went bad. She knew how to make everything ok again. Always a smile on her face and always there to support us in whatever it was we wanted to try. She is alive and well in heaven beside Jesus Christ.

My mother, always made great use of her time.never idol.my mother, had a passion for cooking,a passion for baking, made the greatest homemade cheesecakes ever!five hours!yes.she would come home at ten oclock at night and try out a new recipe that one of her customers would give her from a&p, the company/ store that she worked at  for thirty five years. My mother , the gardner, lover of flowers , windchimes, nature and dogs./my mother ,the hockey mom,airer of stinky hockey equipment-of three boys! Ya - pu. Lol! Hoseing down homemade hockey rinks in our backyard year after year.how many kids came and skated and still remember that. Ive  gone to other funerals and people i never knew  said they came to my house and skated on our ice pond!   My mother never late for anything! Two hours early for everything! Lol!! My mother was always an early morning person and thats when she passed away. Mom went first to pave the way, to open the doors like she did at violet elementary schools early in the morning. She worked there for ten years after working at a&p.my mother came from tough stock, and hard working people on both sides of her family.my fondest memory is of making homemade pasta when i was twelve years old with my mother.and christmas taper candle holders with macaroni noodles sprayed silver and gold! Remember! So beautiful! My mother now with  the lord as deacon mike said at the service"life is not over just merely has changed"  pain free, worry free, .have fun. Be at peace my mother and say hello to all, especially my wonderful grandma eila and aunt mary . The lords divine mercy to u mother,  untill we all meet again one day in eternal life." My thoughts and prayers to all the family! Sheila took such great care of my girls while at Violet Elementary Latchkey. Such a caring and compassionate lady, and a wonderful neighbor too! Heaven gained a beautiful angel!

Sheila had the gift to make you feel like you just saw her the day before...even if it was years gone by. We were blessed to have known her and hope your special family memories bring comfort now and in the days ahead.

Aunt Sheila was a shining light to all her knew her. Her beauty, personality and forthrightfullness were beguiling ... and I well remember when she and Uncle Frank returned from his Airforce service in Albuquerque, New Mexico and all the good times thereafter.

My grandma would always say "Hi hon" so matter-of-factly when I walked in the door to her house. She would have our day planned out with her hair appointment, errands to run, groceries to buy and of course breakfast at her favorite place- Palmer's Inn. 
I am so thankful that I was able to spend the quality time I did with her, I cherish all the great memories we created together over the last years. But it wasn't enough, I wanted more, more time with my best friend. 
Grandma brightened everyone's day with her big, bright smile. Every person she met at the grocery store, the bakery, the hair salon, etc. everyone knew Sheila by name and loved her kind, warm smile. You will never be forgotten grandma, you should be proud of the impression you've left on all of us.
I was so excited for Matthew to meet you, and I'm glad he was able to. My heart aches that you didn't get a chance to hold him or get to know him more, you would love him Grandma, he's a "little cutie" as you would say. And As he grows up he will hear all our stories of our adventures together, he will always know you. And know that you're looking down on us from Heaven smiling and taking care of us all. 
Grandma- I miss all your special sayings "good good good" "woooow" "watch yourself there" "you're right there." I also miss your love of chocolate and purses, we shared those loves and enjoyed many treats together. I miss your phone calls asking what days I'm off work and scheduling plans. I miss our special trips for new purses, chocolate chip cookies, coffee cakes, frozen pizzas, additions to your fairy garden, and elephants to add to your collection. 
I just miss everything about you Grandma, but I know God and the Angels in Heaven have welcomed you with open arms. I know everyone is celebrating your arrival there, just as you deserve! Rest in peace Grandma, I love you so much and I will never forget the special times we had together!
