Shirley Mae Chuhran

Shirley Mae Chuhran, was born March 14, 1928 and passed away January 1, 2018 at American House in Roseville. She said she was born to help others and that’s what she did her entire life until the day she died. She always had time to comfort and help others. She always gave her wisdom and guidance throughout her life. She researched and compiled numerous records and photographs of both her family and her husband’s ancestors without the help from ancestry.com. She kept her mind active studying and teaching horoscopes and the metaphysical. A gifted artist, she loved painting and teaching. Despite having both dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, she lived a long healthy full life almost to 90 years of age. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gerald; siblings Dolores and Bob; Survived by her brother Tom (Ruth) Mills; and children Gary (Linette), Kathy, Dennis (Laura), Patty (Paul) Chmielewski, Craig (Krystyna), Jill (Mark) Johnson and Mike (Jan); cherished grandmother of Chris, Becca, Jenny, Liz, David, Dan, Madison, Regan, John, Taylor and nine great grandchildren. Arrangements under the direction of Kaul Funeral Home. A private family memorial will take place at a later date.
