Virginia Goike, age 93, died on September 30, 2015 in Detroit. . She was born on May 22, 1922 in Hamtramck and was employed as a sales clerk for the J. L. Hudson Department Store for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward in 1998. Beloved mother of Donna (Jim) Fox, Daniel (Youn Soo Kim), Don and Debra (Michael Gough) Goike. Loving grandmother of Susan (Bernie Mair) Fox, Michelle, Matthew, Jason and Marie Goike. Dear sister of Dolores (Ralph) Peters. Memorial Visitation will be held Sunday, October 18 from 11am until 12 noon, the time of the memorial service at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores.
