Joan Garcia Ybarra, born on June 28th, 1930 in Pampa, Texas to Ascension and Eleanor Garcia. Passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on December 1st, 2012 (preceded in death by Paul Ybarra). She grew up in Woodlake CA, and moved to Pope Valley in 1959 where she will be laid to rest. Joan survived by her 6 sons Paul Jr., Johnny, Henry, Richard, Raymond and Ruben, as well as her 2 daughters Margaret and Guadalupe, 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A public visitation will be held on Thursday, December 6th from 4-6pm at Morrison's Funeral Chapel (975 Vintage in St. Helena)followed with a rosary from 6-7pm.
