Rose Chisholm

1918-2013

Rose Chisholm Liboiron, 94, of Greenfield Park, passed peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on February 28, 2013. She was born in Brierly Brook, Antigonish, Nova Scotia, daughter of Margaret MacDonald and Valentine Chisholm. Sister to Danny, Isabel, Mary, Marie, Mary Jane, Sylvester, Grant, Joe and Babe. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Mary's Church, in Greenfield Park, where she served in the Altar Society. She volunteered for several Greenfield Park community programs including Hope and Meals On Wheels, for which she was officially recognized.

Wife of the late Major Réal Liboiron, she leaves her beloved children, Lucien (Carol Neville), Dan (Dale Hayes), Reg (Louise Vigneault) and Victor (Linda De La Cruz) She also leaves her grandchildren, Jason, Tim, James, Celina, Leah, Danielle, Stephanie and Paul and great grandchildren, Hayley, Ben and Noah.

Visitation on Monday, March 4th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, Saint Lambert. Church service at St. Mary's Parish, Greenfield Park on Tuesday,March 5th at 11:00a.m. Burial at a later date at The Field of Honor , Pointe-Claire.
