It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Winnifred Taylor, age 95, on Friday, May 27, 2022, at the CHSLD in St-Lambert. Winnifred was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Mary, her niece Janet, her brother Jack (Doreen), and her brother Frank (Linda).
Winnifred was born on May 23, 1927. She enjoyed a long and successful career at Alcan Inc. in Montreal. Her passions included world travelling and she was an avid bridge player.
Winnifred is survived by her sister and best friend Margaret, seven nieces and nephews, Rick, Cathy (Kim), Peter (Debbie), Paul, Chris, Margaret, and David (Una), and many great, and great-great, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 am followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 307 Riverside, in St-Lambert.
Interment to follow at the Saint-Lambert Cemetery at the corner of Riverside Drive and Walnut Street, Saint-Lambert.
