Tony endured an eight month battle against esophageal cancer with the love and support of his wife, family, and many friends.

Beloved uncle of Amanda and Nathaniel Freivogel, Hayden, Evie, Maia, and Giselle Berberich, Samuel and Thomas Foushee, and Cardin Weber.

Tony was born in Saint Louis on January 3, 1984. Tony attended Desmet Jesuit High School where he graduated in 2002. Tony attended Lindenwood University and later graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis where he received a bachelor’s degree in English Literature.
Tony worked as the Technical Service Manager for Deli Star in Fayetteville, IL.
Tony was an avid roller hockey player who loved all things hockey. He was a season ticket holder for the St. Louis Blues and attended as many games as he could. When Tony was not playing hockey, he enjoyed playing other sports like tennis and golf. Tony was a dog lover who adored car rides with Arthur Hancock and snuggles with Lucy. Tony enjoyed home improvement projects and loved to eat biscuits and gravy on Saturday mornings with his wife. Tony considered himself a grill master that delighted in grilling on his back deck.
Funeral from Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Road on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
Visitation at Hoffmeister South County Chapel on Thursday, October 22 from 4-8 p.m.
