Charlotte M. Neiswander

Charlotte was born November 29, 1929, to Rose (Miriani) and Henry Struckman (on the Hill) in St. Louis, Missouri.

Charlotte married the late James Neiswander on April 22, 1950. They raised 6 children in Affton Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband, Jim, daughters Chris Schmelter, Cindy Keck, Kathy Ostrich and son-in-law Pete Ostrich, brother Lou Struckman, sisters-in-law Betty (Ross) Struckman, Judy (Neiswander) Rogers, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Sally (Neiswander) and Robert Sunnen and grandchildren Vincent and Leah Keck.

She is survived by children Sally (Terry) Spitzmiller, Dale (Barb) Neiswander, and Dan (Michele) Neiswander, as well as sons-in-law George Schmelter and Vern Keck and brother-in-law Jim Rogers. She is also survived by grandchildren George Michael (Tiffany) Schmelter, Kim (Rick) Milentz, stepchildren of Kathy and Pete Ostrich, Sandy Spitzmiller, Traci Spitzmiller, Patsy (Christian) Westermayer, Jimmy (Kate) Neiswander, Tony and Missy Neiswander, Becca (Aaron) Haller, great grandchildren Jacoby and Jaiden Schmelter, Caitlyn Edgerton, Connor and Lucas Spiegel, Charlotte Westermayer and Melody Haller. There are also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Ambrose Church, 5130 Wilson Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110 at 10am on June 19, 2025. Visitation will be at the church beginning at 9am prior to the funeral. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Affton, MO.
