Age 68, passed away in her home on Saturday, September 5, 2015. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Sam and Dolly Barack, and by her brother, Rabbi Stephan Barack. Survived by her daughter, Lesley Gouger, and her brother, Bruce Barack. Graduate of U-City High School, St. Louis, Mo. Cheryl devoted her life to art: painting, writing, knitting, beading and making jewelry. She began her advertising career at the Boulder Daily Camera, and then continued working for various newspapers, magazines and radio channels around the country. Close and long time friend of Jeannette Bines and Kay Preston. Bright, creative, and deeply loved. Her funeral will be held in Chesterfield at the Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 2 pm.
