Fuse, David J. Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of 60 years to Carol A. Fuse (nee Kennedy); dearest father of Kathleen (Gordon) Kitson and David R. (Amy) Fuse; loving grandfather of Shanna (William) Rowden, David Harger and Joshua Fuse; special great-grandfather of Devon Rowden, Austin Harger, Aden Rowden, Adriana Harger, Gavin Rowden and McKinley Harger; son-in-law of Dorothy Kennedy and brother-in-law of Richard (Darlyne) Kennedy.
David loved his dogs, calling them “the girls”, he also loved photography and was a prankster with the most infectious laugh. David had a very special relationship with his grandchildren, Shanna and David to whom he was more like a father and Joshua, his forever buddy. He will be deeply missed by his family, and their hearts are broken without him.
SERVICE: Funeral Mass, Tuesday, August 28th, 11:00 am at Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church, 6596 Smiley Ave.; St. Louis, MO 63139. Visitation Tuesday from 9:30 am – 10:30 am at Calcaterra Funeral Home. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
