Donald E. Viehman, 67, of Saint Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2014, at John Cochran Hospital, surrounded by family and friends. He was the loving father of Christian (Jordan) Viehman of Saint Louis, Missouri.
Don served in the armed forces during the Vietnam War, reaching the rank of sergeant. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in accounting and was a proud Redhawk. After a successful career in accounting, Don pursued his passion in home repair and remodeling. He was an avid outdoorsman and was always quick with a bad pun.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 6, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m. at Kriegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel, 9450 Olive Boulevard, Saint Louis, Missouri 63132.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory be made to either Grace Church Saint Louis, 2695 Creve Coeur Mill Road, Maryland Heights, Missouri 63043, or to the National Stroke Association, 9707 East Easter Lane, Suite B, Centennial, Colorado 80112.
