

Edward “Ed” Norton Bank, of Maryland Heights, passed away on December 2nd, 2019 peacefully at his home. He was born on July 8th, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York to Herman and Sally Bank, and attended Erasmus Hall High School. He also graduated from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science degree, where he was a member of Phi Epsilon Pi fraternity. Ed was an active member of the Porsche club and had a deep passion for sports cars. He was also an avid bicyclist and enjoyed playing tennis. He cared deeply about his family and his friends, and always brightened everyone’s day. His sense of humor was unparalleled, and you could always count on him for a witty remark. He was an outstanding cook and especially loved cooking for his family and friends, namely Jambalaya and Pasta Chu Chu. He was also a faithful St. Louis Cardinals fan and never missed a game. He is survived by his son Joe Bank of Longmont, Colorado, his daughter Felice (Cory) Kraft of St. Albans, Missouri, and his four grandchildren, Alexis, Madison, Hunter and Kyle Kraft. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Sally, and his sister Phyllis. A date and time for a Celebration Of Life will be announced soon.
