Fedore Joseph Hoven, 87, of Leslie, MO, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025 at his home.

Joseph was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 23, 1938, the son of Joseph and Mary Hoven (nee Melokovich).

He was the beloved husband of the late Oneta Faye Hoven.

Joseph is the loving father of, Sharon Hubenthal & husband Henry, of New Haven, Missouri; Rhonda Cobb & husband Curtiss, of New Haven, Missouri; and Lisa Dempsey & husband Tim, of Gasconade, Missouri; Michael Hoven & wife Teresa, of Sullivan, Missouri; and the late Debbie Walker and Joseph Hoven. Dearest father-in-law of Kiturah Hoven; devoted grandfather of Whitney, Hannah, Tyler, Taylor, Michelle, Kaela, Chance, Shelby, Noah, Micah, Kylie, Devin, Laney, and the late Deanna; cherished great grandfather of 26 and great-great grandfather of 2.

Visitation for Joseph will be held on Saturday February 8, 2025 from 12:00 PM until time for funeral services at 1:00 PM, Hoffmeister South County Chapel,1515 Lemay Ferry Road, Lemay, MO 63125.

Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
