

Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Gregory Philip Andrus, age 76, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 26, 1948, to Michael and Virginia (nee: Poehlman) Andrus. They have preceded him in death, as have his siblings: Margaret (Dave) Hedrick, Michael (Nanci) Andrus, Gerard Andrus, and Carl Andrus. Greg is survived by: his loving wife Karen (nee: Gutting) Andrus; his children: Elizabeth (Benjamin) Kosbab, Carl (Melissa) Andrus, Justin Andrus; his grandchildren: Christopher and Sarah; his siblings: Veronica (Michael) Bueter, Robert (Clarisse) Andrus, Joanne (James) Benthem, Christopher Andrus; and many other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
Greg was a proud graduate of the University of Michigan, with a double major in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and earned a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He was an active member of St. Richard Catholic Church. He enjoyed sailing, traveling, photography, and gardening. Above all else, Greg enjoyed being with family and friends.

Services: Visitation Friday, 1/17, from 4:00-8:00 pm, at Kriegshauser Mortuary West, 9450 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, 63132, Funeral Mass Saturday, 1/18, at 11:00 am, at St. Richard Catholic Church, 11223 Schuetz Road, St. Louis, 63146, burial following at St. Philippine Duchesne Cemetery.
