Harold Clifford Wisely Sr.

Beloved husband for 65 years to the late Eunice N. Wisely (nee: Bearden).

Dear father of Mary Joanne Wisely and the late Harold C. (Sharon survives) Wisely, Jr.

Dear grandfather of Sheila C. (Ted) Heege, Terry Weber and the late Tom H. Wisely.

Beloved son of the late Elza and Lila Wisely of Vergennes, IL.

Dear brother of the late Edgar and Eugene Wisely of Saint Louis, Henry, George, Bill

and Bobbie Purcell and Roger Rosan.

Chub was retired from Local 42 Laborers Union after 58 years of service.

Harold was a Master Mason and belonged to Harmony Lodge, the Shriner’s and Scottish Rite.

Chub served in the US Army during WWII and was a Purple Heart recipient.

After retirement, Chub was an extensive volunteer for the Disabled American Veterans at Jefferson Barrack and John Cochran Hospitals.

Procession will leave from Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 10:15 a.m. and then proceed to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for services with full military honors at 10:30 a.m.
