Mr. Krummel was the beloved father of John Paul Krummel Jr., Michael Allen (Casey) Krummel and Sara Marie Krummel; dear grandfather of Michael, Zachary and Abel Krummel and Uriah Arosemena. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and a sister Mary Helen Fennell, Edward Allen Krummel, Harold Wayne Krummel, Walter Krummel, James Robert Krummel and Austin Jacob Krummel.
Mr. Krummel was a retired journeyman wireman with IBEW Local #1, and a jet-engine mechanic who served in the U.S. Airforce during the Vietnam war. He loved fishing and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
A funeral service will be held at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2015, at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, Mo. 63125. Interment will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 am until the time of service. Memorial donations to the family to help defray the cost of final expenses are appreciated.
