Joy A. Phillips (nee Fernandez) of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017 at the age of 65. Beloved wife for 39 years of the late Richard L. "Rick" Phillips. Loving mother of Rick (Missie) Phillips and Terry (Lauren) Phillips. Cherished grandmother of Tyler, Autumn, Annabelle, Parker and Payton Phillips. Dearest sister of Janice (Geno) Kestler and the late Joey (survived by Cindy) Fernandez. Dear daughter of the late Joseph and Jeanene Fernandez (nee Schutzius). Our dear aunt, great aunt, cousin and dear friend of many.

Interment service to be held on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 1:15 p.m. For those attending, please meet by 1:00 p.m. at the cemetery office and park in the back of the building.
