Brassel, Luke J., Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Most beloved husband of Jean M. Brassel (nee Belloni), Dearest father of Laura (Mark) Nikolaisen, Luke (Caryn) Brassel and Lynn (Paul) Boston. Beloved grandfather of Victoria, Lucas, Alison, Adam, Emily, Andrew and Katie, dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, neighbor and friend to all. Luke was preceeded in death by his parents, Hildegard (nee Orf) and Sonny Brassel and siblings Laura Kellermann, Danny Brassel and Peggy Holtgrave.

Contributions in Luke’s name may be made to the Sick and Elderly Program of the Hill, 2315 Macklind Ave. (63110), or Siteman Cancer Center, 660 S. Euclid Ave., St. Louis, MO (63110). The family would like to thank the physicians and staff at BJC Health Care and our family and friends for all the support and prayers.

Family and friends are asked to gather at St. Ambrose Catholic Church on Friday, November 19th for Visitation at 10:00 a.m. until the celebration of Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 A.M.
