Paul Raymond Dobbs, age 83, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023. Paul was born January 7, 1940 in New Castle, Indiana to the late Dewitt and Julia Dobbs (nee Wright). Beloved husband to Delores Dobbs (nee Stibal); loving father of William Dobbs, Robin Jones, Jennifer Gamboa, David Rudy and Tina Moore; cherished grandfather of 5 and great grandfather of 15. Paul is survived by 3 sisters, Betty Gobel, Carolyn Crabtree and Marti Jones.
Paul enjoyed the outdoors, spending time on the golf course or fishing. He also enjoyed sitting back relaxing with a cigar or smoking his pipe.
