Robert W. Tod

Robert W. "Bob" Tod of St. Louis County, MO passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Bob was born on September 6, 1953 in St. Louis, MO to Lois (nee Deckelman) and the late Robert Tod; beloved husband of Barbara Ann (nee Smith) Tod; loving father of Eric S. (Megan) Tod, Jessica D. Tod and the late Kelsey L. Tod; loving grandfather of Gannon William Tod; dear brother of Steven (Diane) Tod and Richard (Joan) Tod; dear brother-in-law of Dixie Lee (Randy) Wieser; dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Bob worked in construction as an owner and contractor for many years. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was an amazing woodworker and loved to design and build things. It gave Bob incredible joy to take a concept from someone and bring their vision to life. “Measure twice, cut once.”

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2020 from 2-6 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO 63125. Funeral service will be celebrated Monday, October 5, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel with interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
