Sharon Sue Miller

MILLER, Sharon Sue (nee Janis), 69 of Saint Louis, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. She was the dear wife of the late John William Miller. Sharon was the beloved mother of Robert (Sandy) Miller and Dawn Miller. She was the loving daughter of the late Virgil and Yetta (nee Carty) Janis. She was beloved grandmother of Stephanie Lockwood, Michael Miller, BryAnn Miller, Shawna Miller and Justin Fluegge. Sharon was the dear sister to Darrell G Janis and Virgil “Gene” Janis. There are many good memories of Sharon that can and should be shared. Sharon was a people person. She always loved having someone to talk with, in person or the phone at whatever time, it didn’t matter. She would make time to visit, have some coffee or some tea and tell a story or two.

She deeply loved her family and always had time for them. Of course her grandchildren were the best and she loved playing games with them or telling stories from way back when. She even got an I-Pad and learned to do Facebook so she could keep up with the grandkids.

She was a person of faith and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. It is in faith she passed away and is entrusted now to the Lord.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be held for Sharon at 12:00 pm on Friday, March 11, 2016 in the Cornerstone Community Church of God, 2833 Telegraph Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125. An interment service will follow at Jefferson Barracks, National Cemetery.
