STRAGLIATI, Victor J., 73 of St. Louis, MO, died peacefully on December 21, 2014. Loving husband of 47 years to Sandra (nee Beamer); Beloved father of Victoria (Douglas) Rothfuss, Teresa Stragliati, and Samantha Stragliati, loving grandfather of Justin Stragliati and Reece Rothfuss; dear son-in-law, brother, uncle, cousin and friend too many.
Victor proudly served in the Marines and then in the Army, retiring after 20 years of service. After leaving military service he worked for the Department of Defense at the Defense Mapping Agency here in St. Louis until his retirement. He was a proud 25 year member of the American Legion where he served in different positions at the Post, District and State Level.
Visitation 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd. American Legion District 10 Honor Guard will hold a service at 7:00 pm during the visitation. Funeral service 9:30 am Wednesday, December 31, 2014 in the funeral home chapel. Interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
