WALL, Marilyn Ann 80, of Seminole, died Jan. 11, 2019. She was born in Detroit, MI on April 19, 1938 to Herman and Anna (Wessely) Friz. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. She relocated to Buffalo, NY in 1963 and continued her education at the University of Buffalo in Environment and Planning. Marilyn became the director of urban planning for the town of Amherst, NY, and retired from that position in 1995. She relocated to Pompano Beach, FL, and then to Seminole 12 years ago. Marilyn was an avid boater, and enjoyed traveling, sailing, skiing, horseback riding, and golf. Other interests included politics, current events, classical music, theater, and movies. She was a member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club. Marilyn was also involved with the Egmont Key Alliance, which is concerned with the environmental conservation of the island. Survivors include daughter, April (Storm) Taulbee of Buffalo, NY; son, Kurt (Meka)Taulbee of Dunedin, FL; stepson Scott Wall; stepdaughter, Shawn Wall of Winter Park, FL; grandchildren, Kai, Makoa, and Meiani; and her beloved cat, Tux.
