John G. McSherry, 50, died on July 29, 2012. Born in El Paso, Texas on September 16, 1961, he was the youngest of seven children. John had a strong love of the outdoors and animals and was happiest when he was at the beach. He was always deeply caring and loyal to his lifelong friends and with his great gift of wit, he loved to make people laugh. His friends, as well as his family, have lost a brother and he will be missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jim and Arline McSherry, sisters Connie and Eileen McSherry, and brother James (Red) McSherry. He is survived by his sisters Pat Crockett, Ginny Lastovica, and Kate Johnson and by his step mother Joan McSherry.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Earthmans Southwest Funeral Home; 12555 South Kirkwood Stafford, TX 77477.
