Antonio Sebastian deSouza

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Antonio Sebastian deSouza, who died on Friday, January 3, 2025 at the age of 87. Antonio was born August 1937, in Goa, Portugal (India), to the late Caetano and Clarina (Dias) deSouza. A longtime resident of Ewing Township, NJ, he more recently resided in Stafford, VA.

Antonio leaves behind his devoted wife, Christine deSouza, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Together, they built a life full of warmth and happiness. He was a proud and loving father to his daughter and son, Lorraine and husband John, Jonathan and wife Cassandra, and a doting grandfather to his beloved grandchildren, Alexander and Riley. His family was the heart of his world, and his legacy will live on through them.

Antonio's passing leaves a void that will be felt by all who knew him. His kindness, generosity, and sense of humor will be remembered by friends, family, and all whose lives he touched. His memory will continue to inspire and bring comfort to those mourning his loss.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church located at 137 W Upper Ferry Road, Ewing NJ 08628 on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 10am. Visitation will be 9:30am - 10am at the church.

Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery located at 400 Woolsey Street, Hamilton NJ 08610 immediately following the mass.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in his honor.
