My condolences to Ben and his family.  Ben and I met in 2017 and he was someone who always made me smile.   He was also an excellent father to his children.  May you shine  up in heaven and always know you were special to everyone you touched.  Your smile will be missed.

On occassion, I go through a business cardholder that my father-in-law gave me many years ago. Today, I found Ben's card from Ubiles International. I researched the site, his name, and was saddened by his passing. As I grow older, my memory of when and where I met people fades. I think we may have met at Camp Lejeune, talking aout some business venture. It could've been here in Virginia. Either way, we were (1) brother Marines, and (2) always looking for a business venture that would bring future stability for our families. We would "run into" one another from time to time in Stafford, e.g. Staples  A friendly handshake. A smile. A "how are you" would suffice. As I scrolled through the photos, I see a very beautiful life, filled with pride and happiness with family and friends.  Though we were distant acquaintances, I feel the loss of such a wonderful soul., a brother Marine. To his family, keep his memory close to your heart. As for his business card, I'm placing it back in the holder, so I do not forget. Until Vahalla Brother! The world misses you!  Semper Fi!

My dear friend, your smile lit up a room and your laugh was contagious. I miss not speaking to you or hearing you razz me about my Love of hockey or my French fry addiction.  You were my lighthouse as I traveled through my personal storm. The thoughtful words and texts to keep me focused on my tasks at hand for the day. The phone calls right when I needed them.  I miss sending you videos of Hank doing his stupid bulldog things. 
    You so dearly love your family. They were always THE number one priority. I will continue to pray for them, my friend. BTW- I know you personally knocked my Red Sox out when you got to heaven- not cool, my friend… but I still love you dearly for it. Dance in heaven. Laugh and smile . Watch over your family as only you can. Our world is less bright because you are missing from it. 

Sorry you know I meant Abuelo!! Love and respect always for the best Abuelo a kid could ask for! 

Ben, it was my pleasure being part of your family for these years our children were together. I’ll always remember my birthday buddy, I am one day older, thanks for turning 50 with me. I will remember your smile fondly and you great taste in music You were always dressed sharp, truly dapper and one of the few remaining gentlemen. You cared about others and I will truly miss having you in all of our lives! Keep smiling up there Ben! I will remind Carter about his great Anuelo watching him from above!

My dear brother Benny, I will miss you with all my heart.  I never thought I will receive news that you are no longer with us. My heart is broken.   You made sure you were a part of my daughter's lives by showing up to graduations and school meetings no matter how far you had  to travel, and for that, I am truly grateful. You were their male role model when their dad suffered a stroke. I am so proud to be your sister. I could not have asked for a better brother and friend.  Sleep in peace. Until we meet again.  I love you!

Ben made a great impression on me. So kind and thoughtful. Made me laugh and made me think. And I only recently met him!! I know he is resting in the arms of the Lord. The fond memories I have of him in just a short while...I can't imagine the chasm in the hearts of those who have known him for years. Just know that he is resting easy.

Ben, where do I begin. I often think back to the times that we were stationed at Quantico Infantry Platoon... Great laughs , great times.  Once we reconnected on FB we kept saying we should connect, my heart is heavy that we never did. Forever your Brother Semper Fi... I have the watch.. Rest Easy!!!!!

Benny was and always a great father. Great friend to my family and also shown kindness to our son Chad who played baseball with him as coach. The Terrys are truly sad  of this great lost.  A friend , community server, and just a great person.  Rest In Peace 🙏🏾
