A visitation reception for Betty will be held Monday, July 18, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, Virginia 22554. Following the visitation reception will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Hulls Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery, 420 Enon Road, Fredericksburg, VA.
