

Bobby Alvin Pugh, 77, passed in Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Flower Mound TX of pneumonia post recovery from cancer surgery at Baylor Hospital in FT. Worth TX.
He leaves behind his beautiful wife of 53 years, I Pok (Susie) Pugh, whom he met while serving in the Army 1967 in S. Korea.
Bobby had two children – His son Bobby Pugh Jr. died in 1979.
His surviving daughter, Kimberly Gallahan-Clayton currently lives in Lewisville, TX.
Bobby will be greatly missed by his three grandchildren, Brittany Gallahan, Cody Clayton, and Savannah Clayton; and one great grandson, Aiden Carrington.
He was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. John Wayne & Gunsmoke, Louis L’Amore, WWE & Girls College Softball were some of his most favorite things.
A simple man, with very little ASKS except for time with family & friends, cold beer, fried catfish and Hershey’s kisses and his baby girl –Savannah- how he loved seeing her every day.
He loved Colorado, the snow, Lake Granby, Elk, long horn sheep, mountains, fishing and just being out in nature. And then spending time in Texas, close to his favorite team Dallas Cowboy and his love of western movies.
Bobby lived in Alexandria VA and he worked at Fruit Growers Railroad & Fairfax Millwork & retired from FT Belvoir as a security officer 2008.
His parents that have already passed on, Russell Eugene Pugh & Catherine Phillips Pugh from Alexandria VA. Along with four other siblings, Russell Pugh Jr, Dorothy Maupin, Nancy Shifflett & Lottie Marie Walker.
His surviving siblings are Carlton Pugh, Roland Pugh, Margaret Roberts, Imogene Roberts.
A visitation for Bobby will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel on Thursday, October 21, 2021.
A celebration of life will be held on at 2:00pm on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service with the burial to follow at Stafford Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bobby’s name to the funeral home to help with expenses.
