“Kitty” Catherine Ada Moran (nee Anderson), 90, a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, peacefully passed Thursday, August 20, 2015. She was one of seven children of the late James and Teresa Anderson. Preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Bernie; sisters, Teresa and Edna; and brothers, James, Edward, and George. She is survived by her brother, William; her children and family: Peggy (Chuck), Mike (Barbara), Mark (Amy), Pat, and grandchildren; Allison, Zoe, and Nevan. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 18825 Fuller Heights Rd., Triangle, VA, on September 14, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. Following the mass, she and her husband will be interred at Quantico National Cemetery at 12:00 p.m. where a final committal service will be held to include rendering of military honors for Mr. Moran.
