

She was born in Cumberland Maryland to the late Silas Collins and Edith Reno.
Charlotte is survived by her two sons, Chet Scott and Rodger Scott along with many cousins , nieces , great nieces and nephews.
She preceded in death by her sister, Jackie Collins/Madrid.
Charlotte worked for the government for 20 years out of Cameron Station until she eventually retired. She was a waitress at hunters Lodge and a store associate of target in Dumfries VA.
Charlotte loved to travel, especially to visit family and she could probably sit for hours and just talk. She loved to laugh and joke around. There wasn't a birthday or holiday Charlotte ever missed. Christmas time was always her favorite time of the year. She enjoyed looking at the lights. That was always a family tradition.
Charlotte was a God loving woman who also enjoyed putting puzzles together, solving crossword puzzles and watching the hummingbirds.

A visitation for Charlotte will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Montclair Tabernacle Church of God, 16120 Dumfries Rd., Dumfries, VA. Her celebration of life will begin 12:00 PM.
She will be reunited with her husband on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:00am at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, Virginia 22172.
